We are a small family-run business in the middle of Phuket Old Town.

From local farms, trusted partners, the communities, Here's the cashew story.

Khun Methee & Khun Boonma, the founders of Methee, grew up with cashew nuts. They have learnt the local wisdom & recipes passed down through generations by those who worked the land and began their Cashew Journey in 1965.

By 1972 Methee became more than a cashew nut factory, but a hub for local communities. Where housewives, farmers, and those who struggled to find work elsewhere found purpose. We worked together to carefully select and prepare each cashew with care before reaching the shelves for visitors from all around the world. At one point, Methee worked with as many as 400 people!

More than 50 years later, their dream lives on.

We still work with selected farms, still roast our cashews with the same time-honored methods,

and still believe that something as small as a cashew can carry the warmth of home, the richness of tradition, and quality in every kernel.
